Who's Molly? Rhinos, Gophers and Rams...OH MY!

Molly Nece learned early in life her passion was guiding people to find their full potential and giving them the skills they need to be successful in life. Her higher education career varied from a small private liberal arts women's college in Pittsburgh, a highly selective private liberal arts college in Gettysburg to a large state university in West Chester Pennsylvania.  After spending most of her career in higher education, Wells Fargo Educational Financial Services recruited her into sales and marketing.  As a result, she travelled to all colleges and universities in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.

Although very successful in the corporate world, higher education called her back.  At that point in her career, she learned that following ones passion, living in the moment, and preparing for where you want to ultimately be is sometimes more important than chasing the almighty dollar.  She took a leap of faith on the advice of many mentors.  The advise was "there will come a time when your preparation will reward you in a way you will want to be rewarded" and that "the journey is often more important than the destination".  To her delight, Molly discovered that they were right!

Upon her completion of her Masters in Training and Organizational Development at West Chester University, she was asked to join West Chester's Office of Training and Organizational Development's team as their Training and Development Specialist.   Molly graciously accepted and has been making a difference in the lives of staff, faculty and students over the past five years and now enjoys serving as their Senior Internal Consultant.  During those five years, Molly has designed and delivered over hundreds of professional development training programs; inspired tens of thousands of students, faculty, staff, and external organizations; coached and consulted hundreds of business leaders and their front lines; managed large events and multiple projects simultaneously; and received her Lean Six Sigma Certificate from Villanova University.

In addition, Molly is heavily involved in her community is the Founder and CEO of MyInternshipGopher.com .  Molly encourages everyone to sign up and post an internship, job shadow or informational interview. You can also e-mail Molly at molly@myinternshipgopher.com to see how you can help out with this AUDACIOUS Give Love Serve community adventure in southeastern PA!

Molly, like Dave, is always looking for the next Rhino adventure. As a result, she is also President of Legacy Producers which helps people discover, live and share their legacy to the nth degree.  One of her most famous workshops is The Legacy Lecture Project where she helps companies, schools, associations and religious organizations build morale and live their legacy on a daily basis.

In closing, Molly's core Rhino Living belief is that life is 10% of what happens to us-- but 90% of how we react to it.  As a result, she is always looking for new adventures.  One of her newest business ventures is partnering with Dave Magrogan's Rhino Living.  Both Dave and she live a Rhino life and channels positive energy, drive and determination in everything they do. Those who come in contact with Dave and Molly quickly learn what it takes to be successful and what role they can play to achieve their goals!  Although we are faced with a level of uncertainty and changing times, Rhino Living helps you see what is in your control and how to channel your efforts for the biggest ROI.  Molly has encountered many "Cows" in her life and is charged to be a part of Rhino Living, an organization who models and inspires companies, associations, and schools to be the best Rhinos they can possibly be!  CHARGE!
